If you believe a charge was incorrect or have another billing concern, contact our support team via the Contact page. Include your order ID and a brief description of the issue.
Wallet Balance vs. Original Payment Method
Refunds for failed rentals are credited to your account wallet balance, not to your original card or crypto address. This is instant and allows you to immediately retry with another number.
Refunds of wallet top-up payments back to the original payment method are evaluated case-by-case and may take 3–7 business days.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate account suspension. Please reach out to us first — we resolve billing issues quickly and fairly.
