Credit & Debit Cards
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are all accepted. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider — we never store your card details.
Cryptocurrency
We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and several other popular coins. Crypto payments are confirmed once the required number of network confirmations are met.
Minimum Top-Up
The minimum top-up amount is $1.00. There is no maximum limit.
Are There Any Fees?
We do not charge a top-up fee. However, your card issuer or crypto network may apply a small transaction fee — these are outside our control.
How Long Does It Take?
- Cards: Instant — your balance updates within seconds.
- Crypto: Usually 1–15 minutes depending on the network and current congestion.
Payment Failed?
If a card payment fails, check that your billing address matches and that your bank has not blocked the transaction. Some banks flag online top-ups — a quick call to your bank usually resolves this. For crypto, double-check the wallet address and minimum amount before sending.
