1. Refund Eligibility

At BloomSMS, we strive to ensure every number works perfectly. However, if you encounter issues, here is how our refunds work:

  • Automatic Refunds (Short-term): If you do not receive an SMS code within the timeout period (usually 10-20 minutes) for a specific service, the credit is automatically returned to your account balance. You are not charged for failed verifications.
  • Account Balance: Funds deposited into your BloomSMS account are generally non-refundable to your original payment method, as they are converted into store credits. Exceptions may be made in cases of proven technical billing errors.

2. Long-Term Rentals

For long-term rentals (Daily, Weekly, Monthly), refunds are not provided once the rental period has started, as the number is exclusively reserved for you. If a long-term number fails to function entirely within the first 24 hours, please contact support for a manual review and potential compensation.

3. Processing Time

Any approved manual refunds to the original payment method may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
