Most Common Reasons
The Service Blocked the Number
Some services maintain lists of known virtual or bulk-SMS numbers and reject them. If this happens, cancel the rental (your balance is refunded automatically) and try a number from a different country.
The Code Was Already Used
Numbers are recycled across many users over time. Occasionally a number may have been used recently by another customer for the same service, causing the platform to reject it. Again, cancel and try another number.
You Entered the Number Incorrectly
Always copy the number directly from your dashboard to avoid typos. Pay attention to the country dial prefix — it is included in the number shown.
The Service Has a Cooldown
Some platforms (e.g. WhatsApp) have a cooldown before they resend a code to the same number. Wait the full timer before cancelling.
What Happens to My Balance?
If the rental timer expires without a code arriving, the full cost is automatically refunded to your wallet balance. You are never charged for an unsuccessful rental.
