Why Account Security Matters
Your account balance is real money. A compromised account can result in lost funds that may not be recoverable. Taking a few minutes now will save you significant trouble later.
Use a Strong, Unique Password
A strong password should:
- Be at least 12 characters long.
- Mix uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Not be used on any other website or service.
Consider using a password manager (such as Bitwarden, 1Password, or similar) to generate and store strong passwords for every site you use.
Recognise Phishing Attempts
We will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from us, do not click any links — contact us directly to verify.
Keep Your Email Secure
Your email is the recovery key to your account. Ensure the email address you registered with is also protected by a strong password and ideally two-factor authentication.
Log Out on Shared Devices
Always log out after using your account on a shared or public computer. Clear the browser cache if possible.
